Translating and Rotating Wheel

This simulation uses Easy Java Simulations (Ejs) to model the problem of wheel rolling on a floor.  The simulation allows the user to change the translational velocity of the wheel, v, the rotational velocity of the wheel, omega, ω, and the radius of the wheel, R.  By controlling these three variables the kinematics of the wheel can be changed to represent sliding, rolling with sliding, rolling without slipping, rolling with slipping, and spinning.
